BOPOLU - FIRST PROJECT LOCATION Thus far, an elementary, middle, and high school, a multi-purpose building, and a security office/resource center have been constructed and staffed. Construction has also been completed on four houses for teachers, a house for the principal, and a clinic that works in partnership with a hospital. The current focus is on fundraising efforts for building a power grid, starting with the high school. This installment will power the computer lab and science lab, which will allow the school to be fully accredited by the Liberian Government. In addition, the updating of the water system to have a submersible pump will draw the water into a tower and distributed to various facilities and greatly reduce the amount of time it takes to gather water.
